What is ED?
ED is far more common than you might think. Nearly 52% of men have experienced some form of ED, between the ages 40 and 70 (Massachusetts Male Aging Study) with 1 out of every 4 men under the age of 40 also struggling with effects of ED.
ED (Erectile Dysfunction) is the inability to maintain an erection firm enough to satisfy sexual activity. (Healthline). This happens when the penile erection chambers are unable to produce and maintain the high pressures that make for a fully hard erection. In some cases, sexual activity is enough to maintain this, but some may have trouble to stay erect through ejaculation.
Things like age, stress, and poor health can be contributing factors. Aside from taking the right medication, it is recommended to increase exercise, healthy foods, get some more sleep in you, and to cut back on the use of tobacco and alcohol, as 80% of ED cases are caused by physical health issues.
